Noida authority, the country’s richest and most systematic civic body is aiming to foster infrastructural growth along the expressway by improving accessibility to the area. As part of the plan, a whoopingRs. 2,000 croreshave been sanctioned for the construction of metro link that will connect Noida-Greater Noida via sector 62, sector 71 right up to Greater Noida West.  Apart from that, around Rs. 8,000 crore will be spent on constructing flyovers, foot-bridges and parking spaces.

Creation of affordable housing units and impeccable sewage system is also part of the growth plan.  In addition to that, different sites for the construction of district hospital, government colleges, sports stadium and a dedicated green corridor have also been assigned.  The KalandiKunj to Botanical Garden metro line is expected to start by the end of this year will improve the accessibility of the area along the expressway.

Considering these ambitious infrastructural plans, Noida expressway is on road to become a well-planned area with all the modern amenities in place that will make the life of its residents comfortable and sustainable.

New Real Estate Projects:
The massive infrastructural plan has presented a great opportunity for the real-estate drive.  Sectors such as 94, 95, 100, 137, 142, 150, 168 etc. that lay in and around the expressway is attracting top builders such as Jaypee Group, Eldeco, Omaxe, Parsvnath, Gaursons etc. In the last couple of years, the announcement of major residential projects by trusted builders is majorly happening around the expressway. The mall opened its door to the public earlier this year, spreads across 2 million Sq. feet housing 250 brands and many entertainment and leisure hubs.  An overwhelming of new hotel projects is also underway.  As per a report, at least six hotel chains have bought land for the construction of super-luxury hotels.  Clarkston Hotels Pvt. Ltd. has purchased a land in sector 98 on Noida expressway and even ITC hotel is planning to invest in a luxury hotel project.

Greenery all the way:
People living in other parts of NCR namely Delhi and Gurgaon often complain about poor roads and high pollution levels. Opposed to this, due to the planned nature of the area, Noida expressway will promote a cluttered and pollution free living. The area has proper infrastructure plan in place, coupled with green corridors expected to meet the 70% green cover along the Noida Expressway, which is also part of the master plan.
